Our Sober Living Housing provides a secure, drug- and alcohol-free environment where individuals can focus on their recovery. With a structured daily routine, 24/7 staff support, and a community of peers, we offer both men and women housing in separate locations. Our housing offers the stability and support necessary to build a solid foundation for sobriety.

Changed Lives Recovery Community Sober Living Services

Our mental health agency provides many different services, at the request of our clients, to help them stay on track and sober.

  • Psychiatric services
  • Medication management
  •  Individual counseling for mental health, substance abuse, and trauma
  • DUI classes
  • Domestic Violence Classes
  • Anger Management
  • Parenting Classes
  • Intensive Out-patient Services (IOP)
  • Out-patient Services (OP)
  • Peer Support Services

Multiphase Sober Living

PHASE 1: Intensive Outpatient services 3 days a week from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Clients get 9 to 5 jobs immediately and go to AA/NA of their choice. Other aspects of treatment include: Counseling once every two weeks; peer support once a week; random weekly drug testing; church at Southland. Program fee is $65 a week once employed.

PHASE 2: Must have 5 months or more of sobriety and a full time job. Clients are assessed and see peer support once every two weeks and will have random drug testing. Program fee is $125 a week.

PHASE 3: Clients can move into a beautiful home in the Hamburg area with a fire pit, landscaped yard and other amenities. Program fee is $125 a week.
